The Viking Press has always been a great machine to build massive Shoulders and general Upper Body strength. We've now made this machine even more effective with our Latest Animal Viking Press. Featuring Independent Arms, which will ensure an even load and not allow your stronger side to dominate the movement. This also allows you to work one arm at a time in a very efficient way.

Arms can be locked together to use the machine in a traditional way. Our Adjustable Band Peg system is fitted, allowing you to set up band resistance precisely and quickly. 30mm diameter Multi Handles allow for both parallel and regular grips.
